At the core of Delta T Systems’ Smart Series TCUs is Vari-Heat, an advanced adaptive control program engineered to dynamically modulate heat output in real time. By automatically adjusting to system demands and environmental conditions, Vari-Heat ensures optimal temperature stability, significantly enhancing energy efficiency. This precise control prevents temperature overshoot, allowing for smooth and gradual heating transitions.
Delta T Systems integrates state-of-the-art control technology into the Smart Series TCUs, making them fully Industry 4.0 ready. The Smart Series TCUs come standard with electronically modulating cooling valves, offering far more accurate flow control than traditional solenoid valves. This advanced valve design minimizes risks such as undershoot and water hammers, ensuring smooth and reliable cooling performance.
Built with a robust double-cast tank design, the Smart Series Water TCU offers a compact yet powerful solution with a maximum heating capacity of 72 kW. The modular design also supports a water-to-water heat exchanger providing future upgrade potential for enhanced cooling needs.
