Florida HVAC Systems (FHS), a joint venture between CIS Industries and Jascko Corp, acquired Aqua Air. Operating in the Tampa, FL, market for more than 50 years, Aqua Air has built a strong reputation as the trusted Marley Cooling Towers representative, delivering high-quality equipment, parts and service to commercial and industrial clients throughout the region.
This strategic acquisition expands FHS's geographic footprint and strengthens its relationship with Marley Cooling Towers, giving it an expanded presence across Central and Southwest Florida.
Nick Lloyd, Manager, Aqua Air, will join FHS and continue to lead the sales team in Tampa, bringing his deep knowledge of the local market and long-standing customer relationships to the combined organization. Tim Citek, a long-time Aqua Air employee, will also join FHS, adding his industry experience to the team.
“Joining forces with FHS allows us to build on the relationships we’ve developed in Tampa over the past 50 years while giving our customers access to a broader range of products, services and support. I’m excited to lead our sales team into this next chapter,” said Lloyd.
“This is an exciting step forward for FHS and for CIS Industries. Aqua Air has spent five decades earning the trust of the Tampa market, and their team’s expertise strengthens our Marley Cooling Towers business across the state. We’re thrilled to welcome Nick, Tim and the rest of the Aqua Air team as we continue building a stronger presence throughout Central and Southwest Florida,” said Mike Bonano, CEO and President, CIS Industries.
As part of the acquisition, Aqua Air will begin operating under the FHS brand. The existing team will integrate with the company to ensure a smooth transition and continued excellence in delivering comprehensive HVAC solutions, from design and specification to installation and maintenance.
