OBR Cooling Towers is thrilled to announce the appointment of Brad Barefoot as the new Chief Financial Officer for the entire OBR Portfolio of Companies. Brad's extensive experience and proven leadership will be invaluable as he leads OBR’s finance and accounting teams.
Brad Barefoot has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer at OBR Cooling Towers.

Brad joined OBR in 2023 as a fractional CFO and has since played a pivotal role in reorganizing the company and securing capital for future growth. With over 18 years of finance and accounting experience, including senior roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Goldman Sachs, Brad brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise. His recent tenure as CFO for a vertically integrated real estate investment manager showcased his ability to lead internal improvements and secure necessary capital.
A Certified Public Accountant, Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Accountancy from Miami University and a Master of Accountancy with Distinction from DePaul University. OBR is confident that Brad's strategic vision and leadership will drive growth.
